Terms & Conditions for the Scholarship (Filmmaking course 2024-25)


1. Competition Theme
Theme: "Future of Filmmaking"
Participants are encouraged to showcase their unique style.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to anyone applying for the scholarship. Age Group: 15 to 50 years.

  • Must have completed 10th / 12th grade or possess relevant filmmaking experience.

  • Each participant can submit only one entry.

3. Technical Specifications

  • Reels should be between 30 to 60 seconds in length.

  • Accepted video formats are MP4 and MOV with a resolution of 1920x1080p.

  • Reels must be submitted in landscape mode.

4. Submission Process

  • A maximum of one entry would be allowed per individual.

  • The reel can be in any language; however, non-English films must include English subtitles.

  • Submissions should be made online (link to submit will be shared after registration).

  • The final date for submission is September 16, 2024.

5. Judging Criteria

  • Creativity: How creatively the theme is interpreted and presented.

  • Storytelling: Ability to tell a compelling story within a short duration.

  • Cinematography: Evaluation of technical skills such as camera work, lighting, and framing.

  • Editing: Quality of pacing, transitions, and overall editing.

  • Originality: The work should be original and not derivative of existing works.

6. Prizes and Scholarship Details

  • 1st Place: ₹50,000 discount on the Filmmaking course.

  • 2nd Place: ₹30,000 discount on the Filmmaking course.

  • 3rd Place: ₹20,000 discount on the Filmmaking course.

Winners will be announced on the official website and social media.

7. Terms and Conditions

  • CCCA reserves the right to use submitted reels for promotional purposes.

  • Participants must sign a form declaring that their submission is their original work.

  • Any video found to be plagiarized or containing inappropriate content will be disqualified.

  • CCCA reserves the right to modify or terminate the scholarship at any time without prior notice

  • In case of any disputes, the decision of CCCA management will be final and binding.

Graphic Design Scholarship

Terms and Conditions  for the Scholarship  (Graphic Design Course 2024 - 2025)

1. Competition Theme

·         Theme: "Reimagine Your City"

·         Create a visual representation of how you would reimagine one aspect of your city to make it more sustainable/ inclusive/futuristic. Your design should communicate your vision clearly and creatively.

2. Eligibility

·         Open to anyone applying for the scholarship. Age Group: 15 to 50 years.

·         Must have completed 10th / 12th grade or possess relevant graphic design experience.

 

3. Submission option (Choose one)

·         Digital Design: Use any graphic design software to create your vision.

·         Traditional Art: Use paper, pencils, colors, or any physical art materials.

·         Mixed Media Collage: Combine photos, drawings, and found objects.

Type: Illustrative / Info graphical representation is permitted. Use of textual elements is allowed on the design.

 

4. Submission Process

·         A maximum of one entry would be allowed per individual.

·         Submissions should be made online (link to submit will be shared after registration).

·         The final date for submission is September 16, 2024.

·         Registration will be free of cost (Kindly find the registration link below)

·         Design must be submitted in A3 size (297 x 420 mm or 11.7 x 16.5 inches).

·         Include a brief explanation of your concept (max 150 words).

·         Submit your work as a high-resolution for both digital and photographed physical works; submit image files with a minimum resolution of 150 DPI.

 

5. Judging Criteria

·         Creativity and Originality (30 points) - Uniqueness of the concept & innovative approach.

·         Visual Impact (25 points) - Immediate appeal of the design, effective use of colour, shape, and composition.

·         Communication of Concept (25 points) - Clarity of the reimagined city aspect, how well the visual elements convey the idea.

·         Execution and Technique (15 points) - Skillful use of chosen medium, overall quality of craftsmanship.

·         Feasibility and Relevance (5 points) - Practicality of the reimagined concept, relevance to current urban challenges.

 

6. Prizes and Scholarship Details

l  1st Place: ₹30,000 discount on the Graphic Design course.

l  2nd Place: ₹20,000 discount on the Graphic Design course.

l  3rd Place: ₹10,000 discount on the Graphic Design course.

Winners will be announced on the official website and social media.

 

7. Terms and Conditions

·         CCCA reserves the right to use your design for promotional purposes.

·         Participants must sign a form declaring that their submission is their original work.

·         Any artwork containing inappropriate content will be disqualified.

·         CCCA reserves the right to modify or terminate the scholarship at any time without prior notice

·         In case of any disputes, the decision of CCCA management will be final and binding.

·         Students using digital medium should submit their source file along with the final output.
